Horserugheaven Terms and Conditionsi) Payment for horse rugs will be taken from your account as soon as you click buy now and confirm the payment through Paypal.
ii) If you would like to return your horse rug for a refund or an exchange, we must receive it back with us within 30 days of purchase and in the same perfect (unworn) condition as it was received in by you.
iii) We cannot accept any horserugheaven.co.uk products back if they have been tried on your horse. In accordance with legislation under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1972 we are unable to handle any horse clothing or equipment unless it is completely clean and dry. Therefore items that have been worn by your horse, cannot be returned unless believed to be faulty. If you want more information concerning this Act, you can contact Consumer Direct on 0845 4040506.
iv) If you choose to pay by cheque, then we will need to wait for the cheque to clear BEFORE we send out your horse rug.
v) You are responsible for all return postage and packaging costs. If the item you are returning is due to a fault, and this is confirmed after testing, you will be refunded for the postage cost up to a maximum of £9 per rug (this is Royal Mail Starndard Parcel rate).
vi) If you receive a damaged parcel, please call us straight away and we will arrange a replacement and refund your postage costs from Parcelforce ( Please note, this may take some time).
vii) If you believe your rug is faulty, you will need to return the rug to us completely clean and dry (see above Health and Safety at Work Act 1972) and it will then be sent for testing by the manufacturer. If found to be faulty you will be sent a replacement. Please note, this process can take up to 14 working days.
viii) Delivery usually takes about 5 working days and costs £7.95 per order to all UK destinations.
