Horse Rug Heaven Returns & Exchanges
Worn Items
In accordance with legislation under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1972 we are unable to handle any horse clothing or equipment unless it is completely clean and dry. Therefore items that have been worn by your horse, cannot be returned unless believed to be faulty. If you want more information concerning this Act, you can contact Consumer Direct on 0845 4040506.
If you believe your rug is faulty, you will need to return the rug to us and it will then be sent for testing by the manufacturer. If found to be faulty you will be sent a replacement. Please note, this process can take up to 14 working days.
The cost of returning the rug will need to be paid by you and if found to be faulty, you will be refunded for the postage cost up to a maximum of £9 per rug (this is Royal Mail Starndard Parcel rate).
Unworn Items
All items (except riding hats) can be returned if unworn and in the same perfect condition in which you received them for either a refund or exchange. You have up to 30 days to return unworn goods. Return postage for exchanges or refunds will need to be paid for by you. We recommend Royal Mail Standard Parcel delivery as this is the cheapest and most reliable method for heavier or bulky items.
